Sandusky, OH (September 1, 2023) – Civista Bank announced its business leasing and finance subsidiary, Vision Financial Group, Inc, also known as VFG Leasing & Finance, became a division of Civista Bank, effective August 31, 2023. Moving forward, the business equipment leasing and finance division will do business as Civista Leasing & Finance.
