Sandusky, Ohio (October 13, 2020) – Civista Bank announces its new Curbside Service will be available to customers beginning Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at select branches. With this service, customers can avoid a lobby visit and conduct select non-cash transactions from the comfort of their vehicles.

At Civista, we believe in listening to our customers and providing them with convenient tools and services so they can control how they choose to bank,” said Russell L Edwards, Senior Vice President, Retail Banking.“ Even after the virus is no longer a threat, many of the industry’s innovative solutions, like curbside banking, may remain a part of what people can expect from their customer experience. We are excited to add Civista Curbside Service to the many tools available to our customers,” added Edwards.
Customers can follow an easy, three step process to utilize Civista Curbside Service. First, they will call a participating branch to schedule a Curbside appointment. Next, when they arrive for their appointment at the branch, they will park in a designated Curbside Service spot. Finally, they will let the branch know they have arrived by calling the number listed on the parking sign and their Civista Banker will be out to assist them with their transaction.
Select non-cash transaction will be available through Curbside Service. Cash transactions and other services not available through Curbside Service may be conducted by visiting a Civista branch lobby or drive-thru.
