I don't think people even realize there's digital banking, I.T., operations, commercial lending, and retail. I could really go on and on. If you're looking for a career and want to learn skills, we can teach basic skills, especially technical and sales skills. You need to come with passion, to want to work and apply yourself to be successful. Have the core values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, excellence, and be willing to be flexible. Those are really harder to teach someone. The banking industry is not just a job; it's a career."
