How to Use Civista Telephone Banking

  • Dial 877.224.8493 toll free
  • Follow the menu prompts
  • Enter your account number and telephone banking personal identification number (PIN)
  • Press 8* at anytime during the call to switch to voice response

First-time Users

  • The first time you select an account option within Telephone Banking, you will be asked to establish a personal identification number (PIN).
  • As a first-time user or when changing your PIN, you will also need to input a mobile phone number on record with the bank and will be sent a secure access code (SAC) via text to enter before creating your PIN.
  • Enter the applicable deposit or loan account number and your Social Security Number (Taxpayer Identification Number {TIN} or Employer Identification Number {EIN} for businesses).
  • Next, you will be prompted to register a four to 10 digit personal identification number for future use.

4 Future-dated Transactions Learn about scheduled direct deposits, automatic deductions and transfers
5 Change your Telephone Banking PIN Create a new personal Identification Number (PIN) for Telephone Banking (4-10 digits)
6 Check Verification Enter account number and check amount to verify if funds are currently available
7 Update Overdraft Options Opt-in or revoke your consent for the bank to pay your ATM and one-time debit card transactions when your account has insufficient funds
8 ATM/Debit Card Services
