How to Use Civista Telephone Banking
- Dial 877.224.8493 toll free
- Follow the menu prompts
- Enter your account number and telephone banking personal identification number (PIN)
- Press 8* at anytime during the call to switch to voice response
First-time Users
- The first time you select an account option within Telephone Banking, you will be asked to establish a personal identification number (PIN).
- As a first-time user or when changing your PIN, you will also need to input a mobile phone number on record with the bank and will be sent a secure access code (SAC) via text to enter before creating your PIN.
- Enter the applicable deposit or loan account number and your Social Security Number (Taxpayer Identification Number {TIN} or Employer Identification Number {EIN} for businesses).
- Next, you will be prompted to register a four to 10 digit personal identification number for future use.
