Do I have to re-enroll in eStatements?
No. You will not have to re-enroll in eStatements. If you have not yet enrolled in eStatements, we encourage you to do so. Simply click on the eStatements menu to get started.
Do I still have access to my eStatement history?
Yes. You can access up to 18 months of eStatements. The history will depend on when you enrolled in eStatements. Former HCB eStatement customers will have up to 18 months of eStatements loaded in the portal by November 30th.
Are there changes to Bill Pay ?
No, Bill Pay continues to function the same. You will be able to Pay Bills and Pay a Person like you do today.
Do Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, recurring payments, etc. remain the same?
Yes. All previously entered Bill Pay information (i.e. payees, scheduled payments, recurring payments, etc.) remains in your online Bill Pay profile. No action is required.
